Drum lessons for $50

Hey there!

My name is Cole Pomeroy and I am a twenty-four-year-old drummer from Minnesota. I’ve been playing drums, for now, more than half my life, and I graduated from Belmont University spring of 2022 Magna cum laude with a degree in Commercial Music. Before that, I studied music at my high school playing in jazz bands, marching band, symphony, and various choral ensembles as well as in a touring metal band with my friends. Additionally, I have attended music camps at McNally Smith and Berklee College of Music and ever since have been teaching lessons to students of various ages, from pre-k to senior citizens.

Music has been the focus of most of my life and I know that there are people like you out there just like me who need mentors and instructors who can guide them through preparing for their studies as well as playing music with their friends and peers. I remember clearly that I was first starting out, I wished I had a teacher who wasn’t talking about shows from the last century, but from last night. My goal is always to inspire my students by keeping relevant and achieving my goals.

I regularly gig in and out of town, but I will make it a priority to keep my schedule as tight as possible. However, my musicianship is very dear to me and I think it is an invaluable resource when it comes to teaching. I gain experience playing in clubs and venues around the world so that I can best prepare you to do the same. When you are taking lessons with me, my primary focus will be on preparing you for whatever musical situation you will find yourself in and teaching you how to prepare yourself so you can take on any situation by yourself.
