AirGigs.com launched in early 2012 as the first marketplace for hiring world class session musicians, vocalists and audio engineers from their own recording studios.
With members in over 160 countries, the platform gives music creators direct access to world class studio talent – anywhere there’s an internet connection! Songwriters, music producers, bands and creatives can hire talent to enhance their existing productions, or they can produce an entire song from composition to mastering completely online.

When we founded AirGigs in 2012, we were on a recording project in a different city and couldn’t find the right musicians locally. Even at that time, we couldn’t believe that a central platform to hire top session talent remotely didn’t already exist. So being the “build it and they will come” types, we bought the AirGigs.com domain in January of 2012. What was initially an experiment with our friends and colleagues has since grown into a flourishing music community that has facilitated the creation of hundreds of thousands of songs, built lasting connections between collaborators all over the world, and has far exceeded any of our expectations. We wake up grateful and enthusiastic every day to be engaged in such a meaningful and exciting pursuit; helping music creators realize their visions and music professionals open up diverse revenue streams.
