90m Ableton Live Personal Zoom Troubleshooting Recording Live Audio & General Mixing Advice

I am looking for a 60-90m Zoom review/consultation during the week of 8/12 for Ableton Live.

I am using Ableton Live to record band rehearsals and have some specific and general questions:

1) I am experiencing specific recording problem where one of my tracks stops recording after about 2 hours. (All other tracks continue to record, the the red record icon goes grey on this one track and stop recording. I thought it might be an automation is ... sue but I have cleared all automation and can't figure out what's happening.

2) I am looking for a general review of settings/parameters in Ableton as well as potentially on my mixer going into the computer. No specific "problems" right now but I feel like I am sort of duct tape and bubble-gumming my approach, and I am hoping someone who knows what they are doing good give me some good quick tips for tweaking settings and parameters to get better results. Even more specifically, looking for someone to help me get basic settings in place re: gain staging, compression, and panning to get better quality mixes and for creating "music -1" tracks where I cut out my guitar to have a backing track for practice between rehearsals.
