At OakTownSoul we focus on not only the big picture that captivates your listeners but laser in on the small details that differentiate an industry mix from your average mix.

Some of our mixing specialties include:

1. Lead Vocals - Essentially the heart of every mix, we take the lead vox very seriously and make sure the vocal is felt by the listener by creating the right space and tone for the vocal to fit the genre's standard.

2. Background Vocals - From growing up in a megachurch where 12-piece harmonies were just another part of life, I've been able to translate that musical knowledge into mixing background vocals in a way that feels full, pleasant, and impactful in the mix.

3. Overall Space - Every sound you put into your song matters. I make sure everything is not only audible but clear in the listener's ear so we can push loudness and clarity simultaneously. This is how we achieve a mix that feels full but still encapsulates the dynamics of your idea and is easy on the listener's ears.

4. Drums and Bass - I'm going to make sure your drums and bass are felt and translate well into all mediums from your phone to the car. Period.
