Mixing is a form of art, but it needs to be done to help the artist getting the sound he is looking for. That is why I work for the artist not for me.
To help me get great results I rely on my experience as a musician and sound engineer but also on great equipment and software.
For that same purpose I use Universal Audio converters, which give me a very accurate and transparent image.
My DAW's are Logic, Ableton and Studio One.
Speakers I use Focal CMS 65
To get analogue warmth and colour I use Great River ME-1NV preamps, Audient ASP 800 preamps, TLAudio C-1 and FAT 1 valve compressors.
To reamp guitars I use Rocktron Voodu Valve USA and MesaBoogie preamps and power amps. I also use distortion, delay and reverb pedals not only with guitars but with other sources as well.
Plugins are a big part of my workflow and for that I use:
