I am Oscar Pinilla, a mixing engineer with 12 years of experience, specializing in a wide variety of musical genres, including Latin pop, reggae, jazz, vallenato, indie pop, rock, metal, and hip hop. I have had the privilege of working with international artists and producers such as Santi Muk and Ignacio Paganni, which has allowed me to refine my skills and adapt to the needs of each project.

Gear and Studio

In my studio, I have a Dynaudio BM5 Mk II monitoring system, which provides me with a precise and detailed sound image. I use an Apollo x6 as my audio interface, offering exceptional sound quality and ultra-low latency. My arsenal of plugins includes a wide range of tools from Universal Audio, Waves, and Plugin Alliance, all working together within the latest version of ProTools Studio.

Mixing Process

My approach to mixing is meticulous and personalized, ensuring that each project receives the attention and detail it deserves. Regardless of the number of tracks in your mix, the fee remains the same. The mixing process includes up to 4 revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final result.

Deliverables

The estimated time to complete the mix is between 2 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of the project. Upon completion, I will deliver:

A TV mix (mix without vocals)
