Session Bass for $50

When I play bass, I always put the song first. I strive to give my clients exactly what they're looking for, and take great pride in my ability to deliver tasteful bass parts very quickly. I am comfortable in any style, and specialize in R&B, funk, jazz/fusion, blues, and rock/pop. Should you decide to hire me, please don't be afraid to be specific as to what you want, regardless of difficulty or style - the more you can communicate, the better I can deliver! I am also available to travel to sessions as I often do, or I can record remotely from my home.

Some additional background:

I started playing bass in January 2010, having previously been classically trained in piano and percussion. In my time at Berklee since 2012, I have studied with many world-renowned bass players and have gained an undeniable command of my instrument. I have received numerous scholarships and accolades at the school, most recently earning the Bass Department Outstanding Performer Award. I have had the opportunity to play with and learn from notable musicians and entertainers such as Brian McKnight, Rob Lewis (Grammy-winning producer), Sinbad, Lincoln Goines, John Patitucci, and Steve Bailey. I currently perform with the Boston-based bands Stereo Symptom (R&B) and The Thickest Thieves (pop/jazz), as well as Greenville-based funk/jazz band Justin Johnson and Major 7th.
