Double Bass and Bass Guitar Tracks for Your Project for $100
With over 25 years of performing experience, I am equally adept in a variety of rock, popular, jazz, and classical genres. In all situations I am experienced at sight-reading and improvisation. I am a professional musician and music educator, open to both reading the ink and collaborating.
My gear includes fretted and fretless four, five, and six string bass guitars, and my double bass made by master luthier Seth Kimmel. I am equally experienced playing pizz and bowed parts on the double bass. If you are looking to add a bowed cello part to your tracks, consider using the full, rich tone of a bowed double bass.
I record using MOTU interfaces with various outboard DI boxes and preamps depending on the needs of the track. For upright bass I will provide two tracks for each take, from a direct line recorded with a pickup, and a track recorded with a condenser or ribbon mic. Tracks will be left dry/unaffected unless otherwise agreed upon.
