Hello! My name is Martin Evans, and I'm a remote session drummer and MIDI drums specialist. I've been playing for 30 years and now specialize in recording MIDI drum tracks for bands, solo artists, and producers worldwide. My roots are in Rock and Pop, but I'm versatile and comfortable playing most genres.

When you hire me, you're getting a drummer with a songwriter's mindset dedicated to serving the song with simplicity and taste. I track live, avoid programming or third-party loops to preserve a natural, human touch, and keep the drum tracks as organic as possible.

You can use your samples or receive a studio-quality multitrack featuring kits recorded in some of the best rooms in the world. This means you'll have access to a virtual drum warehouse, allowing us to choose a kit tailored specifically to meet your project's unique needs.

In the studio, I use a Roland V-Drum kit to track. I don't touch the onboard sounds, so I use a few different VSTs, mainly Superior Drummer 3 and its expansions. I use Studio One as my main DAW but also have Logic and Pro Tools available.

I only need your track, with or without drums, any reference tracks you may have, and the BPM to get started. Your track must be recorded with a click or have a tempo map.

My rate includes unlimited revisions and three-day delivery as standard. Express delivery is available, but please check with me first to see if I can accommodate you. Discounts are available for orders of two tracks or more.
