He has recorded/performed with artists such as Casey Benjamin, Mahesh Vinayakram, Nadishana, Paquito D'Riviera, Besh o droM, Krzysztof Scieranski, to name a few.
He's also played on festivals like Sziget (HU), Exit (SR), WOMADelaide (AUS), Meskie Granie, Jamboree, Opener' (PL), Sudtirol Jazz (IT), JodhpurRIFF, Kolkata Jazz (IN), Shanghai World Music (CN), Jeju World Music (KR) etc.
He's an experienced studio player, having played on several recordings in many styles (from jazz through pop-rock to metal). He's also been hired by the best rock-metal studio in the Eastern part of Europe (Hertz Studios, known for their work with Behemoth or Decapitated) to record the entire library of their VST plug-in.
What makes Peter stand out from other drummers is his ability to play mainly middle-eastern and Spanish percussion to a level matching his drumming skills, and to incorporate these sounds into his drumming. This results in the option of delivering grooves usual to a drum set but with much softer and much more unusual sounds.
Recording done on Logic Pro, using Focusrite Clarett 8pre (8 tracks for drums, no limit for percussion!).
Mics: SM57, three Sennheiser MD421, AKG D112, NoiseLab ribbon overheads. Recording in one of the rooms of the old Polish TV, great acoustics!
Drums: Noble and Cooley CD Maple handcrafted one-ply drums (22"-10"-12"-14"), Remo Gold Crown (18"-12"-14") with snares: Gretsch COB 14"x5" (60's), Slingerland Radio King 14"x5.5" (50's), Ludwig Black Magic 14"x8", North Custom Full Maple 14"x8".
Percussion: Bendir (several sizes, tuned to pitches), Riq (both fish skin and plastic head), Schlagwerk cajon with additional jingles, calabash bass drum, Vater Aludu, shakers, bombo leguero.
Cymbals: many sound options from several companies (Zildjian, Sabian, Paiste, Istanbul), and some hand made things.
