Hello my name is Dan K- I'm a touring/recording drummer in Los Angeles. I've recorded drums drums for countless artists including producers such as Sylvia Massy, Don Gilmore, Johnny K to name a few. I'm offering the service of recording amazing quality drum tracks for your songs/projects. I actually get amazing results recording MIDI on my Roland V-drum kit using Steven Slate Audio Drums for the tones. The quality and precision is unmatched. Another good thing about using Steven Slate Drums is there is an enormous library of different kit-tone options that we could scroll through until you we found the one that best fits your song(s). And the MIDI captures every dynamic and feel of my playing which transfers over exactly how I played it. Once I transfer the MIDI reocording into Steven Slate I always make sure to do the proper post-editing and tweaks if needed to make sure the drum track is sounding awesome and 100% radio ready. That also includes mixing and EQing. Of course I'm willing to do revisions if necessary until you're 100% happy. The revision process is another advantage of using the MIDI recording method. It makes things much easier to tweak after the main recording instead of having to go back and physically track a part over again.
