My name is Layla Frankel, I'm a Nashville-based vocalist, teacher, songwriter, and recording artist with 25 years of experience. I take pride in my vocal versatility and deliver expressive, professional-quality vocals in a variety of genres, including pop, soul, folk/rock, blues, gospel, musical theater, R&B, and jazz. With formal training in classical technique and jazz vocals, as well as 15+ years of choral experience, I have a highly developed ear for rhythmic and melodic phrasing, harmony and BGV arrangements. Whether you are looking for powerful, believable lead vocals, tastefully blended BGV's, or nuanced vocal arrangements, I would love to lend my voice to your project!

My deal options:

Option 1 - Lead
Record professional quality lead vocals on your existing melody & lyrics
$175 per song— Lead Vocal with 1-3 takes + 1 revision if desired

Option 2 - BGV's
Compose and record harmony arrangement/ background vocals for your song
$125 per song — Background Vocal with 1-3 takes + 1 revision if desired

Option 3 - PACKAGE DEAL! ($50 discount)
Lead vocals, harmony arrangement and BGV's
$250 per song - Lead with 1-3 takes + backgrounds vocals, 1-3 takes + 1 revision if desired

**Files will be delivered to you as WAV and mp3 files including both dry vocal (no effects) and edited vocal (reverb/ delay/ echo etc. )

My home studio equipment:
I record vocals on a Rode NT1-A — A high-quality condenser mic which delivers warmth and clarity— with a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface. I currently use Garageband, though I have access to Logic and or pro-tools if requested (requires an additional $25 fee.)
