Soulful, emotive, expressive, baritone vocalist with solid elocution will sing your jazz or blues song.

I'm a versatile singer with a good range and a rich, full sound, and the ability to innately tap into the right mood and intensity to match the emotion and message of your lyric and track. Among the singers that my voice has been compared to most include
Keb' Mo', Bill Withers, Van Morrison, George Benson, Al Jarreau, Bobby Caldwell, Delbert McClinton, and Paul Carrack.

I have a very functional home studio and a great Blue mic that has always come through with clear, natural sounding tracks, no matter what style of music it is. Check out my song snippets of my original blues and jazz songs and hear the quality of my vocals and recordings.

I'll give you mp3's of each of 2 complete lead vocal takes with your track. Upon your approval of one of those, I'll send you a WAV file of the performance you prefer.

If you need revisions, I'll do 2 or 3 rounds of those. My aim is to provide you with a performance you'll feel really good about and I'll do whatever I can (within reason) to
get us there.

if you're also needing male background vocals, I can do 2 or 3 part background vocal harmonies for an additional $50.00 (please request a custom proposal if you'd like bg vox, too).

To get started on your project, I'll need an mp3 of a rough mix (preferably with a count-in measure or two), the BPM of your track, lyric sheet, and any input you'd like to offer about the emotion or mood or type of performance you're looking for. You can be as general or specific as you'd like. If you'd rather leave those decisions up to me, that's fine, too--just let me know.
