Hey there, glad to meet you! With a neutral American accent (originally from Michigan and now based in Wisconsin), my vocal styles were originally influenced by Barry Manilow, Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond and Steve Perry.

My singing has been described by others as “smooth like butter” ... "comfortable" ... "inspiring" ... and I always aim to deliver the right emotion for any project, with vocal styles from airy emotion to gravelly rock/pop .

I'm ideal for "lighter" pop/rock, jazz, folk, and Broadway tunes, BUT I can also "power up" as needed as shown in my audio examples!

I can read lead sheets, or figure out what you need from lyric sheets. The creative process for any lyric in front of me includes writing in the notes above your words as I go through your song. This helps me learn it much quicker. I also record an initial demo for myself, to my phone when I have everything in place, so I can listen multiple times to my first attempts at your song, analyzing it for a few days, in order for me to FULLY learn and know how I will sing it once I start laying down your actual track in my home studio!

My responsibility to you is to "LIVE the LYRIC" ... and not just "sing the notes." My goal is to truly "crawl inside" of your song and deliver a masterpiece performance.

My home studio setup includes either an Audio-Technica AT3035 condenser mic OR a Shure MV7X dynamic mic, which I then run through a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 to Logic Pro.

FREE AUDITION: I offer to audition on your song for NO CHARGE. Please write me a message with your melody track or lead sheet. I will then record a few phrases of your song (20 to 25 seconds) totally FREE. This allows you to hear how my voice will sound on your project, IF you decide to go ahead and book me.

DELIVERABLES: You will receive one comped vocal track, manually tuned (if needed) to be pleasing, with silence in-between sections, raw without effects, in the recording format you desire.
