Seasons End
The album Season's End is a collection of intimate songs. It's story starts with an open and uptempo beginning, heavy synths, and moody guitarlines take control.
Dark clouds are starting to build up. While slowly drifting into more melancholic and calm waters the moody textures remain. This is the time for reflection. This is the time for introspection.
Soft violins and a pulsating synth are like gentle sunbeams breaking through dark thick clouds. Slowing Down In Daydreams picks up the pace again and carries you home to a colourful and dreamy final destination.
Background information:
Season's End came to life in June 2019 and started off as a one-song experiment. After focussing on classical music for many years, I felt the necessity to incorporate and explore different styles of music.
I wanted to create a personal and intimate language where contemporary, classical, alternative and pop music can coexist.
The first song I wrote was The Beggar and it created such a creative influx, that I had to follow this instinct. I spent one year in isolation writing one song after the other. Slowly step by step the album Season's End gradually took shape.
