Dancer
On the track ‘Dancer’ by Revolt, I approached the drums with the mindset of mimicking an electronic drum machine rather than a traditional pop drummer. I experimented with unconventional sounds, including reverse heads on the snare and stacked cymbals to achieve a more intricate and non-standard texture. This approach added a unique, crafted feel to the rhythm, perfectly complementing the track’s experimental vibe.
