Seasons acoustic

"Seasons" was born during a moment of transition in my life. After graduating from university, I found myself reflecting on the friendships that had faded over time. I wondered if I had done something wrong, or if maybe they had. Eventually, I realized that we had simply grown in different directions. That realization brought me peace and inspired this song.

The lyrics of "Seasons" explore the natural cycles of relationships—how people come and go, much like the changing seasons. It's a song about accepting that not everyone is meant to stay, being grateful for the memories, and staying open to new connections.

The song was co-written with Wildwood, a talented artist from Nashville, during a trip I took in 2021. What started as a songwriting session turned into something deeply personal that I knew I wanted to record.

We recorded the track in Nashville at County Q Studios, a legendary place where artists like Rascal Flatts have worked. I was joined by Steven Sheehan on guitar and Jake Clayton on violin—two outstanding musicians who captured the emotional depth of the song perfectly. Mike Purcell was the audio engineer, and he brought everything together beautifully.

The recording process was incredibly smooth. The musicians were able to pick up the essence of the song almost immediately, and within a short time, the track had come to life. The sound reflects the heart of Nashville while keeping a pop-influenced, emotional core that matches the lyrical message.

"Seasons" is a song for anyone who has ever felt the bittersweet weight of letting go, and the hope that comes with starting anew.
