How I record guitar:

I have the ability to connect my HX Stomp into a speaker cab, which gives me the air and sizzle of a real guitar cab with the flexibility of amp and pedal modeling. Whether you want the sound of Fender, Marshall, Orange, Vox, Peavey, Mesa Boogie or more, I am confident that I can capture the sound that your project needs. I mic my cabs with an SM57 into my Scarlett 18i20 interface, or if a different cab is preferred from the Panama or Orange, I can record directly from my HX Stomp with a wide variety of IR's in my library. I can achieve professional tone using either of these methods. The Archetype Nolly software is amazing and depending on the project, that may be my preference at times. I can also provide DI's of my performance.

Acoustic guitar is recorded in a treated mix room into a Focusrite 18i20 with an Audix F9.
