Session Guitar and Audio Editing for $30

As a session guitar player in Cape Town, South Africa, I specialize in Blues, Rock, Indie and Worship styles. I love ambience and focus on tone and texture. My playing is influenced by the likes of Edge (U2), Mark Knopfler (Dire Straights) Jonny Buckland (Coldplay), John Mayer and Ben Howard.

I have played for numerous artists, more recently Cofield Mundi based in L.A. now, and Jesse Jordan.

My favorite electric guitars I'm currently playing are a Gretsch Duo Jet and a G&L Tele. On acoustic, my faithful Taylor.

Regarding amplifiers I'm playing a custom Fender Deluxe and a junior. My Pedal Board changes up all the time but ranging from great Eventide delays, to boutique overdrives, reverbs and some crazy modulation effects that might not be suitable for everything, but I enjoy seeking out a spot for some of them.

As for recording I'm running Logic Pro, a Focusrite Liquid Saffire, AKG 414's, Senheizers and Shure 57's.

My workflow is straight forward and will be comped and edited according to your needs and specifications. I believe less is more and thus the perfect part will justify itself, yet I am a believer in layering and wide spread anthem-like guitars.

I am certainly a people's person and a very reasonable entrepreneur. I believe that I can receive and communicate ideas clearly regarding the vision of a song when it comes down to tone, texture and references.

I come early and stay late, what I do is what inspires me, it is the lens through which I express myself and experience life.
