Electric guitar recordings for $100 - soft and subtle to screaming feedback. for $100
My name is Vernon Austin, thank you for showing interest in hiring me. I am a session guitarist based in North West London, England. I specialise in rock, pop rock and blues, though I can play a variety of other genres. I play in the style of artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Joe Satriani, Eric Clapton, Brian May and Nile Rogers. My main influences are Hendrix, Led zeppelin, Queen, Focus, Bon Jovi, Def Leopard, Whitesnake and Chicago.
I worked in the industry for years playing in UK bands from the Leyton Buzzards (punk) to Modern Romance (New Romantics), Jahwoble (Dub), Fastway (rock) and Stuart Copland from the Police; and I have previously been signed to several different labels such as Warner Bros (WEA), Chrysalis and Legacy. I then moved into session work, music production and song writing.
I work in my own studio using Logic Pro with an apogee audio interface and a range of mics, guitars and guitar amps. This includes a Fender Stratocaster, a Gibson Les Paul and guitar amps such as the AC30.
I am hopeful for the chance to help you develop your tracks by adding guitar parts to them. I can record melodies, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, fills, ambient sounds and sound effects such as feedback.
The fee will get you 3 different guitar parts / tracks; for example, a lead guitar, and two rhythm guitar parts (left and right). I will provide fully edited and comped audio as well as a DI for each guitar part. I will also give you two revisions. I will provide 45 sec samples for each revision so you can check you are getting the guitar playing and sound that you want for your track.
IMPORTANT: The rate is for DEMO recording purposes ONLY. If you plan to release the track, we will need to discuss any further fees and performance royalties for working for you as a session musician.
Please supply me with the song tempo and an MP3 or WAV files of your track with two bars of open space at the start of the audio before your track starts to play.
