As a full-time session and touring guitarist based out of Nashville for ten years, and now continuing that work out of Birmingham, I am well seasoned as a player that has over 20 years of experience in being efficient and creative while helping to bring out the emotion of the songs a person has worked so hard to write. My main stylistic areas of expertise are in the categories of Rock, Blues, Hard Rock, Country, Ambient and Singer/Songwriter. Main influences include Mike Campbell, Daniel Lanois, Jimmy Page, Stone Gossard, Keith Richards, The Edge and many more. You get the idea. What serves the song is the most important thing for me and my approach to the work I do, not being the flashiest guitar player. It's your song, not mine.

I use an array of Gibson and Fender guitars, including my babies, a Les Paul Goldtop w/ Bigsby and my Gibson J-45. For amps I have a Vox AC-50, vintage Princeton, 60's blonde Fender Bassman head and cab, Fender Pro Junior and an Egnator TL-50 with a Marshall closed back cab. I work out of a beautiful, professional studio running Pro Tools HD with great pres (API, Focusrite) and an assortment of vintage outboard compressors (Blackface and Purple 1176's, Summit Audio, etc.) not to mention tons of great high end plug-ins (Waves, Soundtoys, Slate, etc.).

My pedalboard contains an assortment of classic and boutique pedals (EHX, Empress, Keeley, TS9, MXR, Eventide and more) that I use to shape great tones to fit the style and emotion of the song you have hired me to play on.
