Hey what's up. My name is Jms Bshp. I do hooks, verses, whole songs, bridges. Everything.
So I have written for other talent before in the past. Mostly friends who need hooks or want me to write verses for a song. I am officially getting into the songwriting business, but I want you to know that I am official to my craft and want to make it better for the buyer as well.
So when it comes to how I write, I like to listen to the beat. I usually do talk with the artist and see how they feel about the beat and where they want to channel their energy on the song. I hear words based on that feeling and I go from there and freestyle flows and words until I get a good sense of the beat.
I will do at least 4 of revisions, edits and takes of the songs and we will go from there and I will see what you want to change or what line is not that great or if the hook doesn't stand out to you or want something new.
