Services Offered: I offer professional lyric writing services tailored to your musical vision.

Revisions:
- I offer up to two revisions per project at no additional cost. Revisions include minor changes to lyrics. Major rewrites will be considered new projects.
- Additional revisions will be charged at $25 per revision.

Delivery Time:
- Typical delivery time is 7-10 business days from the start of the project.
- Delivery time may vary based on project complexity and client response time. Delivery time may be extended if client feedback is not received within 24 hours.

Ownership and Rights:
- The client will own the lyrics exclusively upon full payment.
- I retain the right to receive 10-20% royalties if the lyrics are used in commercially released music. The exact royalty rate will be negotiated based on the project.

Confidentiality:
- All client information and project details will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of project start for a full refund. Valid reasons for cancellation include unforeseen personal emergencies. The project starts upon receipt of the upfront payment.
- No refunds will be issued after the project is completed.

Client Responsibilities:
- Clients must provide clear project details and timely feedback to ensure smooth progress. Failure to provide necessary information may result in project delays or additional charges.

Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before considering legal action. Mediation will be at the client's full expense.
