Stafford has engineered many albums by a variety of artists such as Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys, Boubacar Traoré, The Revelers and others. He operates Staffland Studio, a recording studio in Lafayette, LA, and is a founding member of the progressive Cajun band Feufollet with whom he has toured around the United States, France, Canada, Mexico, and England.
