Raised in a musicians’ family in Canary Islands (Spain), Dani Gonzalez was born in November 1995 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He is the son of a country keyboard and guitar player father and a singer and guitar player mother. In his early years, Dani Gonzalez was influenced by country, rock n’ roll and pop music and started to learn guitar and taught himself piano at home when he was 8 years old. In 2015, he entered the High Conservatory of Music of Canarias (Spain) where he studied classical and modern music theory and jazz guitar.

After having started his career as a professional musician in Spain, Dani Gonzalez has been performing with lots of different bands as a singer and guitarist, covering a wide range of genres, such as blues, rock, jazz, metal, pop or soul, as well as composing his own songs. Always curious about every kind of music, he has learnt from different styles of music, such as neo soul, post rock, indie or even gypsy jazz, which is reflected in his way of composing and playing and makes him a versatile musician.

He recently released "Intuition", his first single and the starting point of his project "Dani Gonzalez & The World Citizen Festival".
