I have a Gibson SG, D'Angelico Excel DC, Tom Anderson Hollow T, PRS Starla, Suhr Classic S (HSS), and a Taylor 214ce for acoustic parts. Most of the time, I use my Mesa Boogie TC-50, but I also have an Orange Rocker 32 stereo combo. From the amp, I either go into my Suhr Reactive Load/I.R., or into a Mesa 2X12 cab miked with a 57 and/or a Bluebird Large Condenser. I have a Focusrite 18i20 that goes straight into Pro Tools which is monitored with ADAM Audio T7V's. For each guitar track I send you, there will be a DI, the raw track, a serial processed version, and a full mixed version (Reverbs, Delays, etc.). The choice is yours!
