Hi, I am The Legendary Rich Gilbert. I’ve been playing, writing and recording music professionally for my entire adult life, I’m talking about 42 years! Anyway, I would love to record a guitar or pedal steel track for you if you’d like. I also play keyboards, dobro, mandolin and banjo. I’ve been a member of and have recorded many records with Frank Black & The Catholics, Tanya Donelly, Steve Wynn, Eileen Rose & The Holy Wreck, Human Sexual Response, The Zulus, and The Silver Threads to name a few. I’ve also appeared on recordings and performed live with Uncle Tupelo, The Lemonheads, Julianna Hatfield, Jack White & Wanda Jackson, Joshua Hedley, Chuck Mead, Thad Cockrell & Caitlin Cary and many others. I’ve also recorded and released 3 solo LPs (so far) as well. So if you’d like me to play on your recording then let’s do it! All I need is a stereo file. I will import it into Pro Tools and record at least 4 takes per instrument for you to pick and choose from, or edit them together if you like in any way you desire. Let’s do it!
