Hailing from Cleveland, OH, Louie Lively is a virtuoso-esq guitarist and acclaimed songwriter. Being only 24 and having been playing professionally since he was 13, Louie has a rock n’ roll pedigree that is impressive to say the least. Louie has spent his career being a hired gun, with local & national acts; being a session/studio musician & songwriter- and the first call for many no matter what is needed. His stage presence and talent makes a believer out of even the toughest critic and music snob. No matter who a concertgoer came to see; they leave a fan of Louie Lively.
Louie’s upbringing was surrounded in the music industry, with his mother being a pianist and singer, singing jingles for TV & radio; and touring with rock royalty. And an uncle who worked as a manager/tour manager & sound and light production with the biggest names in music for 40 years; it’s no wonder he has the talent and influence that he does.
Louie’s influences include but are not limited to; Jimmy Page, Doug Aldrich, Joe Bonamassa, John Sykes, Steve Stevens, John Mayer, and more. He has managed to pave his own manifestation onto 6 strings and combine his upbringing and influences into his own style that has been described as a fresh take on blues rock and visceral arena rock that we all know and love.
