My name is Ole Tobias Antonsen, and I am a Norwegian drummer, educator and producer. I have played drums my whole life and have always been bashing on stuff to make sound and rhythm. My parents got me my first drum (which was made purely of plastic, with plastic sticks) for my first birthday, and I have played drums ever since.
Over the years I have played everything from classical to jazz to death-metal, and enjoyed everything equally. For me it's all about playing drums, not just using genre to determine if it's fun or not. I don't just play certain genres, I play drums. To keep this mindset up and running I listen to a vast array of music, so that I can have a widened perspective on drumming and music in general.
