Marcelo Politano (1989) is a specialist in folk and ethnic traditional flutes. Doctor in music composition and performance, Marcelo is currently teacher at the Global Music Department of the Sibelius Academy in Finland, one of the most prestigious music universities in the world.

Marcelo Politano completed his bachelor in saxophone-Brazilian popular music at the University of Campinas (Brazil) and his master studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
