I live and breath the bass! I've dedicated my life to the advancement and pursuit of mastery of the bass guitar, and am constantly learning and growing as a musician. I've played the bass for 25 years now, recording on countless projects, being awarded an Emmy for TV/Short Film scoring, touring and playing internationally, and generally having fun with my chosen profession.
Initially given an electric bass at the impressionable age of 13 by a family friend in Tokyo, Japan, I have spent nearly every day since with some kind of instrument in my hands. I later discovered a great love for singing as well, which, combined with my natural inclination towards leadership and very sociable personality, has allowed me to enjoy a career not only as a successful sideman for artists from all walks of life, but as a frontman in my own projects as well.
