He has Grammy Nominations as a drummer also with Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Sy Smith & Mali Music. In 2016 he was also a part of the history making "Bad Boy 20 Year Reunion Tour" featuring almost all of the legendary artist of Bad Boy Entertainment.
Lamont is comfortable in any role as he often serves as Music Director (The Jacksons, Deniece Williams) or as a side man in any genre always bringing an insurmountable driving energy, professionalism and knack for being prepared in all musical genres.
