One of the winners of the third edition of the Novas Competition, of compositions for contemporary solo guitar with the song “Ronda da Capivara”. The competition was judged by world renowned guitarists Marco Pereira, Elodie Bouny, Sergio Assad and Fábio Zanon. In the following year, he was one of the winners of the 2017 Mimo Instrumental Award with your quartet Dalí's Clock.
