I'm an award-winning composer, orchestrator, and university professor with more than 25 years of experience. I studied musical composition at the National University of Music of Peru, and have a Master's degree from the University of Birmingham. I'm a professor of composition and orchestration at UPC, Peru.
I've written more than 50 works. My concert music has been performed in Brazil, Chile, Finland, Germany, Peru, Portugal, Spain and the United States, and is part of the catalog of the American publisher Cayambis Music Press. I have also written the soundtracks for eight Peruvian full feature films and a Portuguese short film, and have received awards for some of my works.
I specialize in musical composition, either for concert hall or for film. I'm classically trained, but I can incorporate any musical style or genre into my own. I mainly write in music notation software, for live performance or recording, but I can also sequence my music, which I have actually done on several movies.
I'm accustomed to working with deadlines and I'm highly professional in my work. Apart from Spanish, I'm fluent in the English language.
