Pushing boundaries and striving to create something that could move a listener is what drives me. Bass is my outlet, but I fully appreciate that a piece of music needs to work as one entity. I am approached to play in projects specifically for my style and feel of playing. From recording, touring and composing in differing projects for 10 years, I have the experience and knowledge to compose imaginative bass lines in any genre. My music career started in London whilst studying at the BRIT School, I then studied popular music at Leeds Conservatoire. Being a member of TC & the Groove Family, Long Legged Creatures and Joshua Zero and also being a professional session player, my key highlights have been; two UK tours; supporting artists such as Yussef Dayes, Mildlife, Oscar Jerome and Cykada; airplay on BBC Radio 6, Jazz FM, Radio 2, Radio 1; session player for K.O.G and the Zongo Brigade, Colectiva, Ed Allen, Vaughan, Mamilah and Jermaine Peterson.
