Brendon Gardner is a bassist, producer, mixing engineer, and composer known for his versatility as a performer and a writer. Brendon has 10+ years of experience performing, recording, producing, and composing and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Fordham University in 2022.
As a bassist, Brendon pulls from a variety of genres, including but not limited to funk, jazz, rock, pop, classical, and EDM. Brendon has performed with countless artists of various genres and has been fortunate enough to sell out historic venues like The Stone Pony and Rockwood Music Hall. He has also performed in many pit orchestras for theatrical productions across the East Coast of the United States.
As a producer and mixing engineer, Brendon has had an extensive journey working closely with industry professionals to provide excellent audio for their live performances. Having spent 4 years working and mixing for WFUV, Brendon was able to gain experience mixing for professional acts at both WFUV's Studio A and multiple New York City venues. Some of the acts Brendon has mixed for include Gang of Youths, Alex G, The Beths, and Leslie Odom Jr. to name a few. Brendon then founded his own recording studio called Tucked Away Records where he has been able to record, produce, and mix up-and-coming artists.
Brendon has a lot of experience composing as well, having had to compose for film and television and for orchestral performance. His compositions have been praised for pushing boundaries while still creating a grandiose emotional soundscape.
