various genres and musical universes, from classical music to conceptual, experimental and improvisational music. His artistic activity takes place in several projects, such as: Samuel Martins Coelho, Tosco, Peixe Miope, Estranhofone, Space Ensemble, Escola do Rock, Colectivo Invisível, Ondamarela. In recent years he has collaborated as a musical director, composer and instrumentalist in several theater companies nationwide. It develops activities with communities and leads creative musical interventions, aimed at children and the general public, collaborating with various artists in the areas of dance, music theater and performance. In 2017 he was resident artist at the AiR Programme, in Malta (Gozo), as part of the Fondazzjoni Kreattivitá and Valletta 2018 - European Capital of Culture program. He participated in the II Training Course for Musical Animators at the Casa da Música Educational Service, having collaborated as a facilitator in subsequent courses. Also at Casa da Música he held workshops on "Soundpainting", "Sons of the Day" (Marc Ducret), "General Skills in the Class Room"' (Sam Mason, Tim Steiner) and the Gamelan seminar (Andy Canning).
He collaborated on the soundtrack for Regina Pessoa's short film "Uncle Tomás accounting for days". Since its international premiere, in June 2019, in Croatia, the film has already been distinguished at the Annecy Film Festival, in France, with the special jury prize, at the Animamundi Festival, in Brazil, or at Caminhos do Cinema Português, in Coimbra. It was also a candidate for Oscar nominations and won the race for best short film at the Annie Awards.Recently he compose the soundtrack for the film The Worst Man in London directed by Rodrigo Areas and produced by Paulo Branco and Leopoardo Filmes.
