Hey there!
My name's Cory and I have a love for both music and audio production!
I'm Certified Audio Engineer (CAE) and a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University where I obtained my degree in Broadcast Media Production with a concentration in Audio.
At Northwest I completed three semesters of radio practicum at KZLX 106.7 FM and worked as an on-air DJ, promotions and production assistant, and held the position of Production Director on the executive staff for one semester. I also engineered and mixed audio for "Northwest Sessions" for three years; a live-music and interview program that aired on both the student radio and television stations. While going to school, I maintained a part-time job at Walmart working as a cashier for roughly 2.5 years.
Following graduation, I began working at the Ottumwa Radio Group in Ottumwa, Iowa as a part-time Board Operator, Commercial Producer, Live-Streaming Engineer, and On-Air DJ. In my most recent position as Assistant Producer of the Marlin Fitzwater Center for Communication at Franklin Pierce University, I helped coordinate the planning and production of live, multi-cam events on campus, in the field, and virtually. I also oversaw the campus radio stations and audio production suites and helped to advise students and interns.
