Dave graduated from Lee University with a Music Business degree and studied under Lee's Shawn Perkinson and Andrew Linton, and Belmont's Mike Valeras. He has played guitar for bands in pop/rock/R&B, CCM, jazz, and country genres. He is currently the lead sound engineer for Tootsie's Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville. He has done plenty of live mixing, playing, and studio tracking/mixing.
He has his own home studio set up where he mixes and tracks songs/voiceovers/demos. He runs Studio One Professional (or Pro Tools if receiving a PT session), a large suite of plugins, and more importantly, a great ear for what sounds good.
