Hey, I’m Stuart Richardson—bassist for Thursday, producer, mixer, mastering engineer, and songwriter originally from Wales, now based in Florida. I’ve been in the music industry for almost 30 years, working on Platinum and Gold records, songs with over 385 million streams, and projects across film, TV, and games.
I spent a decade living and working in Los Angeles—and I’m still back and forth all the time, collaborating with artists, producers, and studios that push things forward.
I’ve mixed and produced tracks for Thursday, No Devotion, SWIMM, Save Your Breath, Attack! Attack! UK, Bars and Melody, Mickey Shiloh, Vanishing Life, Gangly Youth, Kingdom of Giants, Fable, Sons of Strays, and a long list of others. I’ve also worked with Sony, BMG, Columbia, Fearless, Riptide, Equal Vision, Dine Alone, and Netflix.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m on tour with Thursday and No Devotion—playing shows around the world and living inside the music. That live experience deeply shapes how I mix and master. I know what makes a song move people in a club or a stadium, and I know how to get that same feeling on record.
I’ve been lucky enough to work in legendary studios like Hansa, Sunset Sound, Ocean Way, Barefoot, Tarbox, NRG, and The Warehouse, and I’ve learned from working with—and alongside—some of the best: Dave Fridmann, Bob Rock, Eric Valentine, Ken Andrews, Alan Moulder, John Feldmann, Steve Evetts, and Alex Newport.
I mix in Pro Tools, using a hybrid analog setup. Whether you’re in Pro Tools or any other DAW, I’ll get you sorted—stems, sessions, whatever you’ve got.

Here’s the deal:
I care about emotion, intention, and impact. I want your songs to sound like you.
Not a template. Not an algorithm.
It’s too late for that to matter anymore…
If you’re making something honest, heavy, smart, strange, or beautiful—let’s talk.
