Joel Jossy is an award-winning, multi-talented professional encompassing the roles of musician, sound engineer, composer, and music producer. He is the proprietor of Joel's Music Lab, a comprehensive establishment in Mumbai that includes a recording studio, jam room, and music academy.

At the age of 10, Joel embarked on his musical journey by learning guitar and Western music. He swiftly began showcasing his skills by performing at church services and various events. During his college years, he took up the position of lead guitarist in local bands.

Following his college education, Joel pursued a course in Sound Engineering and Music Production at an esteemed institute in Mumbai. Since then, he has been actively involved in producing numerous songs, short films, and advertisement campaigns.

For a year, Joel served as a Sound Engineer at True School of Music, collaborating with many renowned artists.

As a former member of an Indie Rock Fusion band, Joel took on the roles of lead guitarist, music producer, and manager. The band achieved notable acclaim, securing top honors in national-level band competitions and performing at events across the country.

Since 2020, Joel has pivoted more towards studio work than live shows.

In 2022, Joel worked on his first feature-length film as a music producer and BGM composer.

In 2023, Joel successfully attained a Master's Degree in Professional Media Composition from Thinkspace Education, an institution accredited by the University of Chichester in the United Kingdom. He gained admission via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), completing the course entirely online. This significant achievement further enhances his professional portfolio.

Since 2024, Joel has been releasing his original music as a solo artist. His debut single was launched in both Hindi and English languages, receiving positive feedback from both critics and listeners. He also received two Clef Music Awards for his debut song, winning "Best Composer" and "Best Song."
