Junior Padilla is one of the most tasteful and soulful drummers you will ever hear. Coming from strong production and composing roots he instantly plays from within the music and sets a groove so deep in the song the band simply swims in it. Also his ability to induce great tones out of his instrument will become evident within the first bar of rhythm creating an atmosphere that is like audible honey. Junior was fortunate enough to have studied under the legendary drum instructor Pat Petrillo at his then Groove Academy. Pat quickly turned him into a gigging drummer playing venues like The Stone Pony with various local bands in NJ. Junior is originally from NYC and now calls Nashville, TN his home where he owns a production studio, and is a freelance live/studio drummer.
