Mark Harding is an active recording and gigging guitarist based on the outskirts of London, England, having played for numerous artists from the UK, Spain and America, as well as performing on live TV. Mark has been a regular on the UK gigging circuit since 2005 when he toured, recorded and composed material for Christina Novelli as lead guitarist for her band, The Scenic Drive (Full Portion Management ltd – Aroon Maharajah & Robbie Ringwood). Mark also worked as the Musical Director for the band during this time.

After 2 years of performing with The Scenic Drive, Mark spent two years studying commercial music performance at Tech Music School (Guitar-X, Acton), performing as a session musician for many other students at the college as well as working with musicians such as Femi Temowo (Amy Winehouse) and Simon Carter (Jamiroquai). After completing a diploma and higher diploma, Mark was rewarded for his dedication and hard work with a performance at Shepherds Bush Empire as part of Tech Music Schools graduation ceremony.

Since graduating from Tech Music School, Mark has been working as an online session guitarist from his home studio. With his full, professional recording set up and thorough knowledge of all musical genres Mark has contributed guitar parts of for acts such as Danielle Grace Williams (Take Me Out, ITV), Lauren Field and Karl Johnson, as well as performing on the ITV show, This Morning. Mark has also worked in the studio with producers such as Charles Foskett (shmusicmusic – Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, Bonnie Tyler), T. Greene and many more.

In 2014 Mark completed a BA(hons) degree in Music Performance Industries with the Academy of Music and Sound. He passed the course with a first class degree.

Mark is lead guitarist in Karl Johnsons touring band and Soul Reason (UK based covers and function band), along with many other active acts on the UK gig circuit. He is also the lead guitarist and MD in Wrong Jovi, a Bon Jovi tribute band touring the UK. Great technique, sound, music reading, dedication and professionalism are what make Mark Harding one of the most reliable and efficient guitarists on the session circuit.

A proud endorsee of Atlas Custom Guitars and KLD Guitar amps, Mark is also a highly in demand songwriter and producer. Mark will be releasing his first guitar tuition book and debut solo album in late 2014.
