Portuguese artist, music producer, sound designer and performer, Nuno Pinto de Carvalho got actively involved with different groups and projects, summing up several live shows, not only in music but also in theater
Having graduated, inc. master degree, in Astronomy and Astrophysics, at Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto, Portugal, he follows an artistic career in several areas of audiovisual.
Composed the soundtrack for theater shows and videos, played solo shows and collaborated with musicians across a wide range of genres and appeared in various forms of local media/press. Produced tracks for a number of artists/bands and some of his music had radio rotation as well.
Conducted numerous workshops and music courses directed for live performance, focusing on experimentation, interaction and improvisation.
As a sound-designer and editor for hire, was responsible for recording and processing several voice-over and sound effects for video, theater and web. Also worked as a sound technician and sound operator in a venue, dealing with several tech-rider of bands.
