Richard has worked as orchestrator on film scores for Henry Mancini, Georges Delerue, Michel Legrand, and Serge Gainsbourg. In 1979/80 he served as Music Supervisor on the 1980 RSO Film "Times Square".
While he has continued to write and, occassionally produce music, Richard had been mostly retired since '82. In mid 2022 he came out of retirement to head up a still unnamed sync operation under the umbrella of Carol Green's Redwood Entertainment and to serve as an advisor to the other entities under the Redwood Entertainment banner.
To date, Richard's work has nearly 350 artist placements. He has been the primary arranger on more than 800 and produced nearly 2250 tracks.
