My name is Paul Jefferson and I am a singer, songwriter, producer and recording artist based in Nashville Tennessee.
I’ve been in music city for about 30 years experiencing all the ups and downs and twists and turns that this town has to offer..:)
My career has included major label recording contracts, (Almo Sounds) publishing contracts and I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with some of Nashvilles finest songwriters. Ive had my songs recorded by Keith Urban, Little Texas and Buddy Jewell. Aaron Tippin recorded my song, ‘That’s As Close As I’ll Get To Lovin You’ which held the number one spot on the Billboard charts for several weeks.
I’ve enjoyed being out on the road performing as a solo artist but also with my band ‘Hilljack’ supporting our self titled album that I produced and wrote.
I’m also half of the duo `The Jefferson’s’ with my wife Lisa Brokop. Together we have an album as well that I produced and co-write many of the songs for that project.
I spend much of my time these days in the studio in my home creating and producing new music for myself and for others and am enjoying meeting new writers and musicians through airgigs!
