Leon Bailey founded Recharge Audio in 2012 with the goal of providing professional audio and music production services to bands, musicians, record labels and other members of the creative industries.

With over a decade of experience alongside a BSc Honours in Audio & Recording Technology, Leon is well versed in providing a professional yet friendly service with the focus on achieving the best possible outcome from every project. In the last five years, Leon has recorded/produced/mixed/mastered records for a wide variety of clients across most genres of music whilst regularly contributing tutorial and review content to well respected music tech magazines Computer Music and Future Music as well as their online portal MusicRadar.

When he is not working on other people’s projects, Leon enjoys creating and playing out drum & bass as part of DJ/production collective Chromatic. With releases on Playaz, Innerground and Utopia Music to name a few, Chromatic have enjoyed DJ & radio support from Huw Stephens, Rene LaVice, DJ Hype, Friction, Marky and LTJ Bukem as well as performing at Fabric, Detonate and abroad in New Zealand + Czech Republic.
