In 2009, the Singer -Songwriter was tapped as the opening act on Toby Keith's "America's Toughest Tour," playing 28 shows across North America, followed by successive Jagermeister Country Tours with Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Jarrod Niemann and Josh Thompson. McGraw made his 2nd national "debut" in 2009 appearing on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in support of his CMT video chart topping single/video "Dollar Ain't Worth a Dime."
