Violin/Fiddle tracks by TheChippedFiddle - specializing in celtic, bluegrass, and other folk styles for $99

Hi there! My name is Vito Gutilla and I've played the violin for twenty-five years. I've done everything from touring with Texas red dirt bands to playing Irish music in Los Angeles to recording on tv soundtracks like seasons 1-4 of Yellowstone, composed by Brian Tyler and Breton Vivian. My degree from Southern Methodist University ('12) is in classical music, but I've spent the past decade focusing on various fiddle styles, particularly American and Celtic folk styles. I specialize in blending the technical proficiency of classical music with the passion and fire of these fiddle traditions. That said, I've played pretty much everything, from Egyptian folk tunes to jazz.

I currently record remotely in a home studio using the following gear:
- Logic Express software
- Rode NT1 cardioid condenser microphone
- Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 interface/preamp

I generally have people send me their track, talk to them about what they want, record my takes, and send them my raw WAV files. I am always very willing to do a few retakes or edits of course, but I generally give people what they're looking for the first time. I pride myself on my ear and improvisation skills, and love nothing more than when people say "have some fun with it," though I am also an experienced sight reader and can learn specific parts quickly as well.
