Hello! My name is Alan Keary and I am a string specialist and arranger with over 8 years of experience. So far I have worked with and collaborated with the following artists, Neville Staple (The Specials) Daryl Hannah, Jah Wobble, Intastella, Hermitage Green, Siomha O Brock.

I am a multi - instrumentalist and can play violin, viola, cello and double bass. I can also arrange parts for an additional cost if necessary.

I regularly like to experiment routing violins and cellos through various toys like guitar amps, spring reverbs, analogue delays and tape machines. (See soundlink) These sonics could provide your track with a unique vibe whilst still delivering the emotion of a live violin or cello. If you're looking for something different other than your traditional string arrangements then I'm your guy!

I am also a highly experienced improviser on the above instruments. I can lay down multiple passes of improvised violin ,viola or cello for you to mess around with for no added cost.
